Important Information - Before Applying for Training:

General Recommendations

 

Please note that our program is designed as an intensive and focused training course. The education will be demanding and challenging, both physically and mentally. Therefore, we recommend creating the best possible conditions for your own learning process.

 

This may include:

 

  • Avoiding stimulants during the training as much as possible, such as alcohol, caffeine, sugar, etc. These substances can impair your concentration, alertness, mental clarity, and create restlessness in both body and mind.

  • Ensuring adequate rest and showing up prepared, alert, and ready.

  • Considering postponing your training if you are currently in a period of life where other matters are taking up a lot of space.

  • Any absence is at your own responsibility and will always be an individual consideration. If you have questions regarding this, please contact the training manager.

  • As with all yoga styles, Power, Vinyasa, and Yin can be interpreted in various ways. Therefore, participation in at least two yoga classes or workshops at YOGA HUSET is a prerequisite for admission, with at least one session taught by Maj.

Please allocate time for reading the curriculum, maintaining your yoga practice, and completing assignments.
